Known for her professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to helping others, Stacey thrives in fast-paced environments and has become the go-to person on Arriva’s Calendar Team for last-minute coverage and creative problem-solving. Her strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellent service help ensure assignments run smoothly for both clients and interpreters alike. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her two sons and four grandchildren. She also loves traveling to new places and playing the piano.

Based in Central California, Ashley brings more than six years of experience in the legal field to the Arriva Translations team. She attended court reporting school for three years and previously served as the Office and Calendar Manager at a small court reporting firm before continuing her career with Arriva. Her background in legal administration and scheduling has helped her develop a strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting clients and her colleagues. Recognized for her dependability and strong organizational skills, Ashley takes great care in making sure each assignment is scheduled correctly and matched with qualified and trusted interpreters. Ashley stays busy helping her four children live their best lives. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and planning memorable celebrations for holidays and birthdays.

Cierra brings nearly a decade of experience in scheduling, client services, and operations, with a background supporting clients in the accessibility, legal, medical, and entertainment industries. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed building strong relationships, coordinating complex projects, and helping ensure every client receives exceptional service. She is passionate about teamwork and organized processes. She believes that clear communication and attention to detail are the foundation of exceptional client service. Outside of work, Cierra enjoys spending time with her husband and making memories with her son. As an autism mom, she is passionate about advocating for the autism community and enjoys getting involved with local autism organizations. In her free time, she can often be found at the movie theater or enjoying a movie night at home, always with popcorn!

Cat Miller serves as the CARE Team Lead at Arriva Translations, where she focuses on creating an exceptional experience for both clients and interpreters. With a background in psychology and a passion for people, Cat brings a thoughtful, relationship-first approach to client care, team development, and problem-solving. She is passionate about making sure every client feels supported, every detail is handled with care, and Arriva’s commitment to exceptional service is reflected in every interaction. Outside of Arriva, Cat enjoys spending time with her husband and their twins, serving in her church community, traveling, and making their house feel like home.

Headquartered in Houston, April brings more than 10 years of administrative experience to the Arriva team, including working as a Senior Litigation Paralegal. During her time as a trial paralegal, April had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact that interpreters have during trials and hearings. With her strong research skills, ability to develop detailed case strategies, and thorough approach to managing large, complex matters, April ensures every case is handled with precision and care. The Texas native attended Galveston College and the University of Houston – Clear Lake. April is a travel buff who likes to visit new places that are near the ocean, rivers, or lakes. Her favorite travel destination is Puerto Rico.
