I am excited to personally welcome you to Arriva Translations. Before I founded Arriva, I was a court reporter in San Diego, where I had the chance to see the impact on our legal system that interpreters make every single day. Especially memorable to me was how these interpreters could absolutely make or break so many peoples’ experiences in court.

As a court reporter, I experienced first-hand the impact companies have on their employees and how small things can make a big difference when you work outside of the traditional office environment. I learned the importance of valuing each person as an individual and essential member of the team – and also what it felt like to be just a ‘cog in the wheel’ myself. We want to make you feel right at home at Arriva, and that starts with making the onboarding process as quick and painless as possible.

We are so happy to have you on the team. For more than 15 years, Arriva Translations has provided the best interpretation and translation services in the business to clients around the country. We specialize in supporting legal, medical, and insurance businesses nationwide – but we’re growing fast and adding new clients and service areas as we do.

While delivering both consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services, our language professionals maintain the highest quality standards. They possess exceptional linguistic and interpersonal skills, and facilitate professional interactions between two (or more) languages. How to Join the Arriva Translations Team

We want to help you have a stress-free, successful assignment. Your success is our success!

How to Join the Arriva Translations Team

We want to help you have a stress-free, successful assignment. Your success is our success!

Step 1 - Onboarding

  • To become an interpreter with Arriva Translations, schedule a phone call with a member of our Calendar Team by emailing or calling us. These calls enable us to get to know you, your strengths and experiences, and to give us an opportunity to let you know a little about us.

Step 2 - Getting Paid

  • Making sure you get paid on time is a priority for us. After your onboarding phone call, send us a completed copy of your W-9.

Step 3 - Scheduling and Confirmation

  • When you are scheduled, you will receive a scheduling email with your rate and job details listed. Please look through this email to make sure that you have all the necessary case information and that your rates are listed correctly. This email serves as our contract with you. About 24 hours before your assignment, you will receive an email confirmation from us that your assignment is confirmed and moving forward.

Step 4 - Check-In

  • One of the reasons our clients say we are their favorite to work with is because our interpreters are on time and ready to go! The morning of your assignment, you will receive a check-in text message to make sure there are no parking, traffic, or WI-Fi issues that we need to let our clients know about. Our clients ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to all assignments.

Step 5 - Invoicing

  • After your assignment, please email your invoice with the start and end times listed to [email protected]. We issue paychecks biweekly on all invoices submitted - so get your invoice in right away!

Step 6 - Feedback

  • Since we can’t be on the job with you, we value your feedback. Give us a call or send us a text or email to tell us how things went. We love hearing from you!
